The NAS CARE RESOURCE ToolKit is a free Caregiver & Provider Web-based Resource. After creating an account, you will be asked to sign in, then continue to access the toolkit through the MY ACCOUNT button on the top right. To exit: under account tab, scroll down to SETTINGS, and under your name click SIGN OUT.
